PRESENTATION CHECK

PURPOSE
Find confusing explanations. This is a five-person usability exercise, not
statistical validation of NRR, a fan survey, or a test of whether someone agrees
with the weights. Do not supply answers while a participant reads.

RECRUITMENT AND SESSION
Five willing adults; aim for three unfamiliar with the proposal and two familiar
with college football. Use anonymous IDs R01–R05; do not enter names or contacts.
Ask permission to take anonymous notes. Let each person read the short route and
both comparisons for up to ten minutes. Record help requested and time spent.
Ask the questions below before opening the page's facilitator answer guide.

Q5 What assumption/corrected evidence could change the order? What is held fixed
   in the displayed policy scenarios?
